Innovation Lab (Python / AWS / MLOps)

As an AI Software Engineer, you will play a key role in developing, deploying, and optimizing AI-driven solutions that power real-world applications at scale.

Youll collaborate closely with Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, and Product teams to deliver high-quality, production-grade AI workflows and services within an Agile, cloud-native environment.

Your mission includes:

• Build & Code: Design, develop, and maintain robust AI workflows and microservices in compliance with internal AI processes and coding standards.
• Quality & Testing: Conduct unit and integration tests, perform security checks, and ensure production-grade performance, stability, and scalability.
• Agile Delivery: Organize work to meet delivery timelines, proactively identify blockers, and raise issues early to ensure project success.
• Collaboration: Partner with Data Scientists to integrate AI models into enterprise applications and business solutions.
• DevOps Integration: Apply DevOps principles and tools to build a scalable, automated, and resilient AI

development environment.

• Architecture: Participate in the design, development, and evolution of microservices, APIs, and reusable libraries supporting AI model execution in mission-critical systems.
• Technology Watch: Contribute to the definition of development standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives for performance, resilience, and sustainability.
• Optimization: Continuously improve the AI platform for speed, scalability, and developer productivity.
• Leadership: Act as a technical mentor and reference point for other developers within the Lab, helping

strengthen the overall engineering excellence.

• Problem-Solving: Support and proactively engage in resolving production or integration issues.

Top Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering (from a reputed

institution).

• 5+ years of significant experience in enterprise-grade software development.
• Strong software engineering foundation with solid experience delivering secure, high-performance, production ready solutions.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments and with cross-functional technical teams.

Technologies & Skills

• Languages: Proficient in Python and Git for version control.
• Cloud: Expertise in AWS (ECR, ECS, SQS, Lambda, CloudWatch).
• Infrastructure as Code: Strong experience with Terraform.

MLOps & AI:

• Deep understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Familiarity with MLOps best practices (model deployment, monitoring, retraining).
• Development Frameworks: Experience developing microservices using FastAPI, Docker, and RESTful APIs.
• DevOps Tooling: Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD, Grafana, ELK stack, and related monitoring pipelines.
• Data Processing: Working knowledge of Kafka and streaming/batch data systems.
• Testing: Experience implementing component, unit, and integration tests in a CI/CD pipeline.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration on AWS or Azure.
• Exposure to ML model lifecycle management and feature store architectures.
• Familiarity with data security and compliance in AI systems.
