Job Role:- AI Developer

Exp Range:- 4yrs

Job Purpose/Summary:-

AI Developer (Sr. Software Engineer)

Python, machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch/Keras), cloud platforms, and MLOps tools

immediate joiners only

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models for various business use cases.

• Preprocess and analyze data, perform feature engineering, and build robust datasets for model training.

• Implement and optimize machine learning and deep learning algorithms (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, decision trees, SVMs, ensemble methods, etc.).

• Develop, test, and maintain AI solutions using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.

• Deploy and monitor AI models using MLOps tools such as MLflow, Airflow, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Build REST APIs (Flask/FastAPI) for model integration and ensure end-to-end solution reliability.

• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for model training, deployment, and scalability.

• Apply version control best practices using Git/GitHub for code management and collaboration.

• Communicate model insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI technologies, research papers, and industry trends.

• Ensure AI solutions follow ethical guidelines, bias mitigation practices, and responsible AI principles.

Required Skills:

Primary Technical Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Python, with working knowledge of Java or Node.js as needed.

• Solid foundation in OOPS concepts and software engineering best practices.

• Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and deep learning models (CNN, RNN, Transformers).

• Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data manipulation using Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.

• Proficient in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.

• Experience in model deployment and MLOps using Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, and Airflow.

• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for scalable AI/ML solutions.

• Familiarity with REST APIs (Flask/FastAPI) for model integration.

• Version control experience with Git/GitHub.

Secondary/Soft Skills:

• Strong data visualization skills using Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, or Tableau.

• Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent problem-solving, research, and continuous learning mindset.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile development practices.

• Awareness of ethical AI practices including bias detection, fairness, transparency, and accountability.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and reporting.
