The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Manager oversees the planning, development, and implementation of AI\/ML solutions across the organization. This role combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver AI-driven products, automate processes, and support data-driven decision-making. The AI Manager partners with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, ensure model quality, and manage the full AI lifecycle from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy Leadership

Develop and execute the companys AI\/ML strategy aligned with business goals.Identify opportunities for AI adoption across products, operations, and customer experiences.Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI specialists.AI\/ML Model DevelopmentOversee the design, development, training, testing, and deployment of machine learning models.Ensure adherence to best practices in model quality, explainability, fairness, and reliability.Implement MLOps best practices for scalable, maintainable, and monitored models.Project Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with product, engineering, operations, and executive teams to prioritize AI projects.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and project plans.Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver AI solutions on schedule.Data InfrastructureWork with data engineering to ensure availability, quality, and governance of data pipelines.Evaluate and implement AI platforms, tools, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and frameworks.Drive adoption of automation and workflow orchestration for AI operations.Ethics, Compliance SecurityEstablish governance for responsible AI practices, including data privacy, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.Ensure models comply with internal security policies and industry standards.Performance TrackingDefine KPIs for AI initiatives and monitor model performance in production.Communicate insights, progress, and ROI of AI projects to leadership.QualificationsEducationBachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, AI\/ML, or related field.
