Our practice areas include Direct and Indirect Taxation, transfer pricing, international taxation, and advisory services on RBI, FEMA, and Government approvals. We also assist with the implementation of projects, project finance, FRRO, and FIPB approvals. Our firm is based in Mumbai and is dedicated to providing expert financial and advisory services to our clients. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Article Assistant located in Mumbai. The Article Assistant will be responsible for assisting with audits, preparing tax returns, and conducting financial analysis. Day-to-day tasks will include bookkeeping, maintaining records, and performing compliance checks. The role also involves communicating with clients and supporting the senior staff in various projects. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in auditing and financial analysis Skills in bookkeeping and maintaining financial records Understanding of tax preparation and compliance checks Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in a chartered accountancy firm is an advantage Pursuing or completed CA Intermediate/IPCC is required Show more Show less
