Art Director

Role Overview: As an Art Director at our company in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in leading and inspiring our creative team. You will leverage your strong background in visual design and proven leadership skills to create visually stunning and effective campaigns that align with our brand's identity and exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Creative Leadership: - Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, illustrators, and other creative professionals. - Provide constructive feedback on design work to ensure high-quality outputs. - Maintain brand consistency across all visual designs and creative projects. - Concept Development: - Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts for digital and print media. - Transform client briefs into visually compelling designs that meet client objectives. - Guide the team in developing innovative design solutions. - Project Management: - Oversee the end-to-end creative process, ensuring timely completion within budget. - Coordinate with other departments to align creative outputs with overall business goals. - Design Execution: - Create high-quality visual designs, including graphics, layouts, illustrations, and branding materials. - Direct photo shoots, video shoots, and other visual production activities. - Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and industry standards. - Client Interaction: - Attend client meetings to understand project requirements and present creative ideas. - Communicate creative concepts clearly to clients, receiving and implementing feedback effectively. Qualification Required: - Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar role. - Strong proficiency in visual design with a portfolio showcasing creative projects. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
