Art Director

We are seeking a highly creative, multidisciplinary and hands-on Art Director to lead, and execute visually compelling experiences across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of artistic vision and technical ability, with expertise spanning art direction, digital art, graphic and UI design, 3D imaging and video, and programmable graphics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and development to shape visual narratives that elevate brand identity and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide art direction across projects, ensuring visual consistency and high-quality output from concept to delivery.
• Design and produce digital art and graphics for web, mobile, and interactive platforms.
• Create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that enhance usability and brand alignment.
• Develop and maintain brand identity systems, including logos, typography, color palettes, and visual guidelines.
• Design and animate 3D images and videos for campaigns, product showcases, or interactive experiences.
• Create and optimize 3D models for various uses including real-time rendering, AR/VR, and multimedia.
• Implement programmable graphics and generative visuals using shaders or creative coding frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers and engineers to bring interactive experiences to life.
• Stay current with trends in digital design, 3D, motion graphics, and creative technologies.

Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience in art direction and leading creative projects.
• Proficiency in digital art tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate).
• Strong background in graphic design and visual storytelling.
• Expertise in UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Experience developing and maintaining brand identity systems.
• Skilled in 3D modeling and animation (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar).
• Ability to produce 3D videos and imagery for digital platforms.
• Familiarity with programmable graphics (e.g., GLSL, Three.js, TouchDesigner, or Unity shaders).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of art direction, UI/UX, 3D, and interactive projects.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
• Experience working in tech, gaming, or digital product environments.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or creative coding.
• Motion design skills using After Effects or similar software.
