Urgent job opening for Art Director at Thane West. Note: 5 Days Working (All Saturday & Sunday Off.) Role Overview As an Art Director, you will oversee the visual direction for projects, ensuring that the creative output aligns with companies high standards. This role requires a strong foundation in design principles, with a focus on designing for both print and digital media. Your experience in balancing functionality with aesthetic appeal will play a key role in driving the studio's vision forward. Key Responsibilities Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative design projects for print and digital media. Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their brand essence to create impactful visual strategies. Mentor and guide a team of designers, ensuring that each project meets companies quality and creativity standards. Develop, review, and refine layouts, enhancing the overall design for clarity, impact, and brand alignment. Ensure all creative content is in line with project requirements and brand guidelines. Requirements Educational Background: Graduate from the National Institute of Design (NID) or equivalent design institute. Experience: 5+ years in art direction, with proven experience across both print and digital platforms. Design Expertise: Strong design skills, with a refined eye for typography, colour, and composition. Skills Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in photo art direction and overseeing CGI projects would be added an advantage.
