Responsibilities:

·  Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

·  Strong ability to research information online

·  Capability to fill out university application forms accurately and efficiently

·  Experience in preparing and organizing complete application files

·  Clear and confident communication skills to interact with students and parents

·  Ability to coordinate effectively with the entire EdNet team on all student applications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (education, design, psychology, humanities, or business preferred)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple student files at once
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure during peak admission season
• Prior experience in education, counseling, admissions, or administrative roles
• Comfort working with creative students and an understanding of basic art and design terminology (preferred for art applicants’ roles)
• Ability to learn and adapt to new application portals and university systems
• Professional email etiquette and client-handling skills
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to take initiative
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to guide students through complex processes
