Responsibilities:

Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong ability to research information online

Capability to fill out university application forms accurately and efficiently

Experience in preparing and organizing complete application files

Clear and confident communication skills to interact with students and parents

Ability to coordinate effectively with the entire EdNet team on all student applications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (education, design, psychology, humanities, or business preferred)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple student files at once
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure during peak admission season
• Prior experience in education, counseling, admissions, or administrative roles
• Comfort working with creative students and an understanding of basic art and design terminology (preferred for art applicants roles)
• Ability to learn and adapt to new application portals and university systems
• Professional email etiquette and client-handling skills
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to take initiative
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to guide students through complex processes
