Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Argon Welder (TIG Welder) to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), particularly for materials such as stainless steel and aluminum, and will demonstrate attention to precision and safety in all operations. Key Responsibilities:Perform TIG (Argon) welding on thin and thick gauge materials, including stainless steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding procedures. Set up and operate welding equipment including torches, grinders, and cutting tools. Inspect welds for accuracy and quality according to industry standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety policies. Perform basic machine maintenance and calibration as needed. Collaborate with engineers and fabricators to ensure design specifications are met.
