Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate TIG welding equipment: This includes preparing materials, setting gas flow, and adjusting amperage and voltage. Perform TIG welding: Join metal components with precise welds according to blueprints and specifications. Inspect and maintain welds: Ensure welds meet quality standards and identify any defects or issues. Read and interpret blueprints: Understand welding requirements and procedures from technical drawings. Maintain equipment: Keep welding equipment in good working order and perform routine maintenance. Adhere to safety protocols: Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear. Collaborate with team members: Work with other welders, engineers, and fabricators to complete projects. May assist in other welding processes: Depending on the specific job, the Argon Welder might also assist with MIG, Stick, or other welding techniques. Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues: Identify and fix problems that may arise during the welding process. Contribute to a clean and organized work environment: Maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
