sales executive drives company revenue by finding new clients, selling products or services, and nurturing existing customer relationships. Key duties include generating leads through cold calling and networking, conducting market research, presenting solutions, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets, all while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with internal teams. Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through methods like cold calling, emails, social media, networking, and attending industry events. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster loyalty and identify further sales opportunities. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations of products or services tailored to the specific needs of potential customers. Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate contract terms, packages, and agreements to secure sales and achieve revenue goals. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify trends, and stay ahead of the competition. Target Achievement: Work diligently to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress, often using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools. Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
