Key Responsibilities:

Training Strategy & Execution

Design and deliver training programs for Agency Managers, Partners, Insurance Advisors on
products, processes, and sales skills
.
Conduct
induction, refresher, and skill enhancement programs
aligned with organizational goals.

Performance Enablement

Partner with Sales Leadership to identify
training needs based on business metrics
.
Drive
productivity improvement initiatives
through structured learning interventions.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with
Regional Sales Heads, Cluster Managers, and Agency Leaders
to ensure training effectiveness.
Act as a
consultant to business teams
for capability building and performance gaps.

Compliance & Quality

Ensure all training programs adhere to
IRDAI guidelines and company standards
.
Maintain accurate
training MIS and reports
for audits and reviews.

Innovation & Digital Learning

Leverage
LMS platforms, e-learning modules, and virtual classrooms
for scalable training delivery.
Introduce
gamification and engagement tools
to enhance learning experience.
