Job Title: Area Slimming Technical Head
Location: Hyderabad
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 + Incentives
Reporting To: CEO & GM
Travel: Frequent Local and outstation branch visit

About the Role:
We are looking for a Slimming Technical Head to lead our regional slimming division, drive sales through dietician teams, ensure operational excellence, and deliver outstanding client weight-loss results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & train dieticians to achieve slimming sales and client result targets.
• Ensure adherence to slimming protocols, audits, and compliance.
• Drive revenue growth and client satisfaction across multiple branches.
• Conduct branch visits for performance reviews, training, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare reports for management on sales, operations, and results.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• 10+ years in slimming/wellness/aesthetic industry, 4+ years in leadership.
• Strong technical expertise in weight-loss programs & equipment.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage multi-branch operations.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
