Area Sales Representative

You will be working as an Area Sales Representative for Operon Technologies in Bathinda, Punjab. Operon Technologies is dedicated to research facilitation and consultancy, providing a wide range of analytical instruments, chemicals, reagents, consumables, software, and services under premier brands to prestigious industries, companies, and institutes. Your role will include identifying and acquiring new clients in Bathinda and nearby regions, promoting and selling scientific products, and building strong relationships with research labs, universities, biotech firms, and industrial clients. You will provide product information, demonstrations, and technical support, meet and exceed sales targets, handle client inquiries and order processing, stay updated with industry trends, and submit regular sales reports. As an ideal candidate, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field. While 1-3 years of sales experience in lab supplies, scientific equipment, or related industries is preferred, freshers with strong sales skills can also apply. You should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to build long-term client relationships, be self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel locally for client visits. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are a must.
