1. Development of ASCs (Autorised Service Centre) in Industrial Segment and standard Mechanical Seal
2. Achieve yearly spares targets of assigned area and actively participate to ensure spare business exceed target value
3. Ensure prompt resolution of mechanical seal-related customer complaints through effective coordination with the plant warranty team
4. Provide guideline to ASCs Service Engineer for Installation, commissioning and trouble shooting.
5. Provide Product feedback to plant team and actively participate in product improvement activities
6. Provide product service training to customer/dealer
7. Coordinate between CWH & ASC for spares deliveries
8. Minimized the time to resolve customer complaint through ASC
1. Appointment of New ASC as per decided target
2. Periodic audit of ASC and decide action plan for ASC Development.
3. Monitor Spare stock level of ASC and decide optimum stock level at ASC to ensure prompt and reliable service to end user.
4. Resolution of customer complain by deputing ASC Engineer and if required also visit site to understand and resolve problem
5. Conduct product training as and where required.
