Area Sales Officer

We are looking Area Sales Officer male candidate for our company Shyam Steels for location Alipurduar, and Lower Assam (Bongaigaon) having minimum 2 to5 years’ experience in Sales department like roofing sheet/Building Materials industry.

Preference will be given to local candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sales in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop effective strategies.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.
• Good understanding of construction materials, market dynamics, distribution networks, and customer behavior.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant sales experience in the roofing sheets / building materials industry or equivalent.
• Preference will be given to local candidates.
• Candidate must own a two-wheeler.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
