We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring consistent market presence within the assigned territory. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least one year of sales experience who is passionate about building a rewarding career in the field of sales and customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers in the assigned area. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively promoting company products. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility and customer engagement. Monitor competitor activity and provide valuable insights to the management. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy credit control. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and after-sales support. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in building materials, FMCG, or industrial products. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. Good understanding of local market dynamics. Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools. Own vehicle and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
