Job Description: As a part of the team, your role will involve team building and channel development to achieve the business plan and strategies. You will be responsible for conducting regular review meetings with the team both below and above you. Additionally, you will manage the portfolio in coordination with OPS and Collection departments, conduct asset verification of cases under processing, and make random field visits. Your duties will also include collecting ED & NS cases. What We're Looking For: - You should have relevant experience in the same domain, preferably in Tractor Loan. - A proven track record of growth is essential. - Good understanding and experience in collections are required. - Strong interpersonal skills are a must. - Preference will be given to local candidates.
