1. Team Management: Train and guide MRs, conduct joint fieldwork, and monitor monthly/quarterly targets.
2. Sales & Target Achievement: Achieve area sales targets, track sales trends, and monitor primary/secondary sales.
3. Product Promotion & Doctor Engagement: Promote gynaecology products, support CMEs/doctor engagements, and maintain strong doctor relationships.
4. Reporting & Coordination: Review daily reports and tour plans, coordinate with supply chain/stockists, and submit forecasts and market updates on time.
5. Compliance: Ensure all field activities follow company policies and ethical standards
