Area Sales Manager

As an Area Sales Manager at Square Yard, you will be responsible for managing sales operations within a designated area in Bengaluru. Your primary tasks will include developing and implementing sales strategies, tracking sales performance, and building strong relationships with clients. You will play a crucial role in identifying new sales opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading and motivating the sales team to achieve targets. Additionally, you will be required to provide regular reports to senior management to keep them informed about sales activities and progress. To excel in this role, you should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies. Experience in managing and motivating a sales team, as well as analytical skills to assess sales performance, will be essential for this position. While experience in the real estate industry is considered a plus, it is not mandatory. However, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
