Job Description

An Area Sales Manager develops and implements sales strategies to meet revenue targets within a specific geographic area. This role involves leading a sales team, building client relationships, analyzing market trends, and reporting performance to senior management. Key responsibilities include setting sales goals, coaching and motivating sales representatives, and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities

  • Sales strategy and execution: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the assigned region.
  • Team management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, which includes setting individual performance goals, conducting reviews, and providing training.
  • Client and customer relations: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, customers, and partners.
  • Performance analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management on performance and market trends.
  • Market and business development: Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and find ways to overcome sales gaps in the territory.
  • Operations: May also be involved in recruiting new team members and managing the sales budget.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
