Target Setting, Planning and Execution To set the sales targets overall in coordination with management To discuss with management for important sales and marketing strategy To divide sales target into product categories and geographies and contribute to overall sales targets, as well as residential and commercial & industrial users To build the company brand by organizing events, participating trade and exhibitions Representing company on important forums Ensure repeat business from solar investors ✓ Appointing Channel Partners Appoint channel partners across the length and breadth of the country Resolve queries, define responsibilities and targets Monitor training and onboarding for channel partners Support Channel Partners and suggest feedback to the program ✓ Sales and Revenue Generation Build sales network by identifying, pitching and building relationships with potential partners and/or clients through cold-calling, networking, qualifying prospects Deepens and expands relationships and business with existing partners/clients. Develops and executes specific customer strategies and campaign plans. Closing sales by providing quotations, conducting meetings, processing orders through the company process, and providing excellent post-sales service on a timely basic
