Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Electrical Wires & cables(Should have an experience in electricals equipment's)

Location: Patna, Bihar

Department: Sales

Experience: 3-8

Reports To: Regional Sales Director/Head of Sales

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations for our electrical wire & cables products within. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the electrical wire industry, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

*Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.

*Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.

*Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.

*Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

*Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies and sales campaigns.

*Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.

*Train and mentor junior sales representatives to enhance team performance.

*Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and network with potential clients.

*Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

*Qualifications: M.B.A./B.B.A/ B. tech/ B.E./Any Graduation

*Proven track record of at least [5-8] years in sales, preferably in the electrical industry or related sectors.

*Strong knowledge of electrical wire & cables, applications, and industry standards.

*Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

*Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

*Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

Preferred Skills:

*Technical background in electrical industry or related fields.

*Experience managing key accounts and large-scale projects.

*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
