1. Area Sales Manager - Retail Agency - Durgapur

2. Area Sales Manager - Retail Broking - Kolkata

Role and responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Growth

  • Drive agency channel strategy and territory-wide target achievement
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor landscape for strategic insights
  • Execute growth initiatives while maintaining profitability and optimal loss ratios
  • Ensure area/ territory plan alignment across growth, activation, and product mix

2. Channel Development

  • Lead agent recruitment, activation, and development programs
  • Design local campaigns, training programs, and broker engagement initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong channel partner relationships
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments

3. Customer Acquisition

  • Establish strategic partnerships with fleet owners and key customers
  • Develop customer retention strategies to maximize policy renewals

4. Team Leadership

  • Lead manpower planning and productivity optimization
  • Conduct performance management and capability development
  • Mentor senior team members and manage succession planning
