Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have experience in software or SaaS sales, strong business acumen, and the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets for the assigned area.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within enterprise and SMB segments.
  • Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales executives to ensure consistent performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy client relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,235.99 - ₹30,000.00 per month
