Job Description

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the Psychiatry division.
Promote the companys psychiatric and neuro products to psychiatrists and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Role & responsibilities

Ensure effective doctor coverage, prescription generation, and brand visibility.
Conduct fieldwork, joint calls, and ensure team productivity.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Organize CMEs, doctor meets, and marketing initiatives in the assigned territor

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in Science / Pharmacy /

3-5 years
of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least
2 years in Psychiatry / Neuro / CNS segment
.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing team.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship with psychiatrists and neurologists in the region.
