Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager - Pharma OTC + FMCG located in Surat. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing sales teams, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, organizing sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and analyzing market trends. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure streamlined sales processes and customer satisfaction.

• Experience in developing Sales Strategies and Analyzing Market Trends
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team
• Experience in the pharmaceutical and FMCG industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
