Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and manage the sales operations across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, manage field teams, and build strong relationships with doctors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and achieve sales targets for the assigned area
• Lead, train, and motivate Medical Representatives / Sales Executives
• Develop and execute territory-wise sales strategies
• Build strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and distributors
• Ensure proper implementation of marketing and promotional activities
• Monitor secondary sales and stock availability
• Analyze market trends, competition, and submit regular reports

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline (Science/Pharmacy preferred)
• 6+ years of pharma sales experience, including team handling
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Willingness to travel extensively

Preferred Skills:

• Territory planning & team management
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Market analysis & reporting
