Key Responsibilities 1. Facility Management Oversee daily facility operations, including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and pantry services. Ensure uninterrupted functioning of critical infrastructure such as power, HVAC, UPS, and internet connectivity for RCM operations. Manage preventive maintenance schedules for office equipment and coordinate repairs as needed. Maintain optimal office conditions to support 24/7 RCM business processes (if applicable). 2. Vendor & Service Management Liaise with external vendors (housekeeping, security, IT hardware, maintenance, etc.) and ensure timely service delivery. Negotiate and renew vendor contracts while ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards. Verify invoices and process payments in coordination with the finance department. 3. Administration & Compliance Maintain facility-related documentation such as AMC contracts, asset registers, and compliance certificates. Ensure adherence to company policies, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), and local regulatory standards. Support audits related to facility management, safety, and compliance. 4. Infrastructure Support Coordinate with IT and Admin teams for workstation setup, seating arrangements, and resource allocation. Manage space planning and assist in expansions or relocation projects within the RCM facility. Ensure the availability of office supplies, stationery, and consumables. 5. Employee Support Address employee facility-related concerns promptly to maintain a positive work environment. Support HR and Operations in organizing employee engagement or training events. Assist in implementing energy-saving and sustainability initiatives. 6. Administration & Compliance Maintain facility-related documentation and adherence to company policies, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), and local regulatory standards. Support audits related to facility management, safety, and compliance.
