Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Meerut for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing team. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining a strong understanding of the product line, and providing exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals.

Role and Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets for dental equipment in the assigned area.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
• Execute territory sales plans in alignment with overall company strategy.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, clinic owners, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
• Provide product demonstrations and training to end-users.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Organize and participate in dental trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.
