Job Description

Role & responsibilities

•Build and manage a strong sales funnel for residential plot sales through various lead generation channels, including local partnerships, referrals, and on-ground networking.

Own the entire sales cycle, from lead acquisition to site visits to final closure ensuring high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Identify and implement multiple lead generation strategies to build a consistent and high-quality sales pipeline.
Conduct regular market mapping to identify growth opportunities, competitor activities, and market demand trends.
Drive targeted campaigns and follow-ups to maximize qualified lead conversion.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth transaction processing, documentation, and post-sale support.
Provide periodic sales reports and performance insights to management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or land/plot sales.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer-relationship skills.

• Ability to manage site visits and on-ground customer interactions.

• Familiarity with local market trends and competitor landscape.

• Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on closing deals.

• Ability to work 6 days a week, including weekends when required.
