Area Sales Manager (Lighting Industry)

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to understand the company's goals and objectives, and develop and implement effective sales strategies. You will actively engage in cold calls to generate leads, meeting with end-clients, architects, and PMCs. Being the first point of contact for clients, you will be accountable for all product presentations, proposals, and demonstrations. Additionally, you will interact with clients to address any post-sales product/service-related issues and ensure timely resolution. Your role will also involve delivering on individual annual sales targets and supporting other teams in achieving the company's overall sales target. Key Responsibilities: - Understand company's goals and objectives to develop and implement sales strategies - Manage cold calls, generate leads, and engage with clients - Act as the key point of contact for clients - Present products, create proposals, and conduct demonstrations - Address post-sales product/service-related issues and ensure timely resolution - Achieve individual annual sales targets and support team in achieving company's sales target Qualifications Required: - MBA or Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical) - 4-10 years of Sales/Business Development experience - Experience in the Building material Industry - Preferably experienced in the LED Lighting Industry - Strong technical knowledge and curiosity about the products - Good communication skills in English and Hindi - Integrity in professional conduct - Proficiency in MS Office and techno-savvy - Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driver's license,
