Job Description

You will be responsible for understanding the company's goals and objectives and developing and implementing sales strategies. You will actively manage cold calls to generate leads, meet end-clients, architects, and PMCs, constantly engaging with clients. As the first face and key point of contact for the client, you will be accountable for all product presentations, proposals, and demonstrations. You will also interact with clients on any post-sales product/service-related issues and ensure timely resolution. Delivering on individual annual sales targets and supporting other teams in achieving the company's annual sales target will be crucial. To qualify for this role, you should have an MBA, Degree, or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical) with a minimum of 4-10 years of Sales/Business Development experience. Experience in the Building material Industry is required, and experience in the LED Lighting Industry would be preferred. You should be technically strong, inquisitive about the product you are selling, and possess good communication skills. Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) and Hindi is necessary. Integrity to your profession is a key virtue, and being techno-savvy, proficient in MS Office, owning your own vehicle, and having a valid DL are also essential.,
