1. To Manage and develop territory as short and long term objectives of the business.
2. Promotions - Execution of BTL and support marketing for Branding activities
3. Manage Key channel relationships.
4. Execute all joint marketing programs with channels to sell more & penetrate into new areas within the assigned territory.
5. Recruit and Retain team
6. To achieve respective sales targets for each product category through experience sanitary store / Retailer Market .
7.Conduct Product Training for experience centers and retailer Dealers and their staff.
8. To support, monitor, achieve business plans and implement strategy for the channel. 10. Maintain Channel Hygiene and roll out Schemes and enhance revenue
9. To achieve respective sales targets for each product category thru experience center sanitary outlets or Retail outlets.
