Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow the business within the assigned territory,
Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management on sales trends and competitive activity.
Identify new business opportunities, manage distributor relationships, and ensure product availability across the distribution & Dealer Network network, End customer conversion to Bosch PT.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the local market, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth.
B. Tech or an MBA
Base Location -Jodhpur (Rajasthan)
- Experience of Tradition Trade or Channel Sales with 5+ Years
- Knowledge on channel sales from allied Industry or hardware.
- Good communication skills
- Expanding the Channel Network to Gain market share.
- Leader of his territory , Proactive in his approach , Growth Mindset.
- Quality build up of the network of sub dealers and retailers, so that Bosch PT maintains the primary choice at the POS (Point of Sale) and at the end user
