Role Overview: As a part of the team, your role will involve team building and channel development, ensuring the achievement of business plans and strategies. You will conduct regular review meetings with your team members and supervisors, manage the portfolio in coordination with OPS & Collection departments, and verify assets of cases under processing. Additionally, you will be required to make random field visits and handle collections of ED & NS cases.
