Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager in the commercial vehicle vertical at our company, your main responsibilities will include team building and channel development, achieving business plan and strategies, conducting regular review meetings, managing portfolio in coordination with OPS & Collection, verifying assets of cases under processing, conducting random field visits, and handling collections of ED & NS cases. Key Responsibilities: - Build and develop the sales team and channels effectively - Achieve business plan and strategies set for the department - Conduct regular review meetings with team members and superiors - Manage portfolio in coordination with OPS & Collection teams - Verify assets of the cases under processing - Conduct random field visits for monitoring purposes - Handle collections of ED & NS cases efficiently Qualifications Required: - 6-10 years of experience in the same domain with relevant experience - Experience in Commercial Vehicle Loan will be given due weightage - Proven track record of growth in previous roles - Strong understanding and experience in collections - Excellent interpersonal skills - Preference will be given to local candidates Please note that interested candidates can share their updated CV with Bidit Nath at bidit.nath@kogta.in.,
