About the role :Experience in working with dealers/ channel partnersTo educate dealers on Geysers/Water Heaters its purpose, advantages and benefits To give sales training to the dealers sales staff educating them on selling arguments for Hot Water SolutionsTo take other important customers leads from the dealers who visited for follow up at dealers countersTo support dealers & resolve their issues related to supplies, sales,policies, Customer Care & other issues related to HWS Graduation degree preferred.Good verbal and written communication skills with a pleasing personality, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
