About the Role

General Trade (kiranas, convenience stores)


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve regional sales targets through efficient

    primary & secondary sales

    management.
  • Build and manage distributor networks across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad.
  • Expand reach in

    corporate parks, co-working spaces, universities, and residential communities

    .
  • Implement beat plans, route coverage, and GT outlet expansion.
  • Drive visibility through POS, retailer programs, and on-ground sampling.
  • Gather on-ground consumer insights for marketing and product teams.
  • Monitor stock hygiene, market credit, and competitor activity.


Requirements

  • 5–8 years in FMCG/GT sales; experience in the beverages sector will be preferred
  • Experience with institutional B2B (offices, campuses) preferred.
  • Strong local market knowledge and distributor management skills.
