Role Overview This hybrid role combines event partnerships , brand operations , and digital marketing , along with high-trust Executive Assistant responsibilities supporting the founder. You’ll help build Carakara’s brand presence across Delhi NCR, unlock high-quality event and partnership opportunities, run on-ground activations, streamline brand ops, manage digital workflows, and ensure the founder’s office runs smoothly. This is an ideal role for someone who is organised, creative, resourceful, and obsessed with execution. Key Responsibilities 1. Event Partnerships & Brand Activations Identify, negotiate, and close partnerships with events, festivals, fitness studios, communities, corporates, and hospitality partners. Manage end-to-end execution of sampling events, community activations, pop-ups, workshops, and brand moments. Build a quarterly events calendar aligned with brand strategy, performance peaks, and new launches. Own event logistics: inventory, equipment, staffing, coordination, and reporting. Build relationships that convert into recurring or larger annual partnerships. 2. Brand Operations Coordinate with production, supply chain, design, and agencies to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and brand deliverables. Oversee timely movement of stock for events, campaigns, shoots, influencers, and partnerships. Maintain partnerships database, activation checklists, and post-event analytics. Support influencer kits, PR drops, and offline-brand presence consistency. Track budgets, invoices, vendor payments, and operational documentation. 3. Digital Marketing Support Coordinate with performance marketing, creative, and design teams to ensure smooth campaign rollouts. Assist with social media calendars, reels, influencer coordination, and content shoots. Conduct competitor tracking, trend monitoring, and campaign performance reporting. Assist with newsletters, website updates, community engagement, and CRM tasks. Support the development of brand content for digital platforms (reels, blogs, scripts, ad copy). 4. Executive Assistant Responsibilities (Founder’s Office) Prepare briefs, notes, follow-up action lists, and communication summaries. Coordinate cross-functional tasks, track progress, and close loops proactively. Support priority projects across sales, marketing, investor outreach, and operations. Handle confidential information with high discretion and professionalism. Act as the execution arm of the founder’s office—ensuring clarity, speed, and quality of outcomes. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in events, brand marketing, partnerships, or EA roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
