Job Description

  • • Responsible for selling properties to the prospective customers.
  • • Should have detailed knowledge on Team Handling and Real Estate, in case a .
  • • Set individual sales targets with sales team.
  • • Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching.
  • • Set clear team sales goals.
  • • Meeting sales targets.
  • • Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
  • • Oversee day-to-day operation.
  • • Monitor team performance.
  • • Motivate team members.
  • • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
  • • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
  • • Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
  • • Suggest and organize team building activities.
  • • Overlooking the Business Development.
  • • Proven Minimum Experience in Real Estate – 2 years or more.
  • • Qualification – Graduate/MBA, or, Masters in any field.
  • • Two-wheeler is compulsory.
  • • Age bar – Less than 32 years.
  • • Target-based job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
