Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager (Dental Division) located in Delhi. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes leading a team of sales representatives, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Area Sales Manager will work closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure the alignment of sales goals with company objectives.

• Proven experience in sales, with a focus on the healthcare or dental industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field (MBA is a plus)
• Willingness to travel as required within the assigned territory
