URGENT HIRING : Area Sales Manager – FMCG (Food, Bakery, Sweets, Namkeen) ( READ JOB DESCRIPTION ) MULIPLE Work Locations HIRING: Jharkhand, Haryana, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Delhi Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 (Based on experience) Incentives: Up to ₹1,00,000/month (Performance-based) Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in FMCG Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in top FMCG brands like Haldiram, Bikanervala, ITC, Parle, HUL, Nestlé, etc. Key Responsibilities:Create, develop, and manage a strong distributor/dealer network. Focus on driving primary and secondary sales in assigned regions. Recruit, train, and lead sales team to achieve targets. Ensure timely execution of sales strategies and market expansion. Track performance and drive incentive-based productivity. Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis. Candidate Profile:Minimum 10 years of FMCG sales experience, especially in food/snacks segment. Proven skills in distributor network creation and management. Strong team-building and leadership ability. Highly sales- and incentive-driven mindset. Willing to travel extensively and deliver in a target-driven environment.
