Job Description

Drive business growth through the bancassurance channel in the assigned area.
Manage and strengthen relationships with partner bank branches and key stakeholders.
Achieve assigned sales targets for premium, policies, and revenue.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of Relationship Managers / Channel Executives.
Ensure regular training and product knowledge sessions for bank staff.
Monitor performance, productivity, and persistency of the team.
Ensure compliance with company policies, IRDAI regulations, and banking guidelines.
Conduct joint calls and support the team in closing high-value cases.
Analyze MIS, prepare reports, and take corrective actions where required.
Handle customer escalations and ensure service excellence.
