Responsibilities
Key Account Manager
- Handle MSG Products for South Distributors and customers.
- Maintain and expanding relationships with key Distributors, customers, work in close association with various business departments.
- Responsible for sales function, Handing new enquiry, Order intake, Order execution, Sales & Payment collection.
- Understanding the customer requirements / specifications & meeting the customer requirement.
- Preparation of techno commercial offer & ensure YOY growth & improve profitability.
- Front face of customers with respect to Application product selection, Deliveries, Service & Quality issues
- Manage Leads in Salesforce for converting into Opportunity to Inquiry
- Formulate Growth Strategy by direct opportunity reviews with key stakeholders for better results outcome
- Leadership to Lead the team for strong Customer Registration documentation
- Manage and ensure perform technical review of Customers / Distributors inquiries.
- Pricing and Technical Expertise guidance: Collaborate with divisions for pricing and technical specifications on project and non-standard requirements.
- Manage to achieve order booking as per plan
- Key Account Management for AR collection follow-up customers / distributors.
- Monitoring Inventory - Expedition of material and inventory in co-ordination with sourcing
- Opportunity development and convert to regular Business to achieve organization growth plans.
- New wins & improve the market share for Parker products.
- Achieve & exceed Sales, Order Booking, Collection plans.
- Map the opportunities in OEC, to provide inputs to organization future growth actions.
- Coordinate with internal team (Engineering, Production, Logistics, Quality & Service) to deliver customer demand & improve customer experience score.
- Updating the market trend / competition activities to management periodically to plan organization strategy.
- Organize Techdays / Product promotion activities (technical seminar, training) at customer end for brand promotion.
- Track Customers Growth strategies and align Parker Initiatives inline to that.
DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY
- Can propose product meeting customer specification.
- Negotiate price for new orders with customer within set limit. Beyond limit, seek approval as per authority matrix.

PLANNING AND ORGANISATION
- To Coordinate with internal teams of Supply chain, quality, service, Marketing, Engineering, Finance to serve customer requirements.
- To coordinate with Customer Purchase, Engineering, Quality, Finance team for regular business transactions & new business opportunities

Qualifications
