As an Area Sales Manager, you play a crucial role in representing the brand and ensuring the growth of product sales. Your responsibilities include creating engagements for hands-on experiences, ensuring correct product usage in clinics, and motivating customers to choose DPW products for various indications. Here's a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Territory Mapping: You are responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating a list of all potential customers in your territory. - Potential Mapping: Identify which customers are quickest to convert and focus on expanding your coverage accordingly. - Daily Field Calls Planning: Develop a coverage plan and plan demos/education sessions with technical support. - Carry the Right Tools: Always ensure you have the necessary tools for customer interactions and conversions. - Achieve Targets: Work towards and achieve the targets set for your area. - Reporting: Report your daily activities, customers met, converted, and those in the pipeline on a daily basis. - Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. - Motivation: Encourage clients to make DPW products their core solution. - Training and Workshops: Collaborate with technical teams to arrange demos, training sessions, and workshops. - Customer Comfort: Ensure customers are comfortable with the usage of the product. - Sales and Marketing Strategies: Execute sales and marketing strategies for your assigned territory. - Training Sessions: Organize training sessions for doctors, FGWs, and institutions to drive revenue growth. - Product Knowledge: Have a good understanding of products, scientific benefits, merits, pack and price, as well as competitor products. - Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain records, collect customer and market feedback, and submit reports as required. - Stock Planning: Plan stockist-wise primary/secondary monthly requirements. - Company Image: Uphold and enhance the company image at all times.
