Area Sales Manager (ASM)

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations within a specific geographic area. You will be developing strategies to meet sales targets, managing a team of sales representatives, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring that the company's sales objectives are achieved. Your key responsibilities will include achieving sales targets by developing and executing strategies, leading, training, and motivating the sales team to ensure peak performance, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention, analyzing market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly, tracking sales performance and reporting progress to senior management, and ensuring the team has a thorough understanding of products/services to effectively promote them. Key Requirements: - Experience: 3-5 years in sales in biomedical equipment along with 2 years in a leadership role. - Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. - Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
