Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
Monitor primary and secondary sales and ensure consistent business growth.Implement strategic sales plans to meet organizational goals.Appoint, manage, and develop distributors/stockists.Ensure proper inventory levels, timely order booking, and product availability.Lead, guide, and motivate the field sales team (VSE ).Ensure proper market coverage and timely reporting from the team.
Identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion.
Conduct market visits to monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Plan and execute trade promotions, schemes, and marketing activities.
Build strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and stakeholders.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing, and processes.
Monitor and control expenses within budget.

Pay: ₹25,000.13 - ₹30,000.33 per month
