Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the assigned area.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives/territory managers to ensure productivity and performance.
  • Drive primary and secondary sales growth, ensuring revenue achievement and market share expansion.
  • Identify new business opportunities, develop distribution networks, and strengthen channel partner relationships.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide inputs for pricing and product strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, reporting systems, and business processes.
  • Regularly review team performance, conduct training & development, and build a high-performing sales culture.
  • Manage key accounts, resolve escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and business reviews for management.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/Marketing or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in Automobile Industry ( 3W/Commercials)
  • Proven track record of handling large sales territories and achieving business goals.
  • Strong team handling skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
